Seviyan Recipe

Ingredients

    50 gm Vermicelli Noodles (Seviyan)
    2 tbsp Raisins (Kishmish) (optional)
    2 tbsp Nuts – Almonds & Pistachios (optional)
    2 Cardamoms (powdered)
    1/2 tin Condensed Milk
    1/2 liter Whole Milk
    1 tbsp Pure Ghee or Butter


How to create Seviyan


  • Heat pure drawn butter or butter in an exceedingly pan; fry the pasta till brownness.
  • Bring milk to a boil. Add milk, pasta and cardamom powder thereto and blend well.
  • Cook for two to three minutes or till the pasta becomes soft. do away with in bowls, prime with raisins and fruity and serve.
