How to Make Sourdough Starter
Ingredients
3 1/2 cups all-purpose four2 1/4 tsp (or one package) regular or quick active dry yeast
2 cups warm water (should be very warm, but not hot to the touch)
2 qt or larger non-metallic container (I used a glass jar)
cheesecloth or other breathable material to cover

Instructions
combine flour and yeast, then bit by bit ram down water till swish. (It can expand thus you will need to put a plate beneath simply just in case it bubbles over.)
cowl and store in heat, dry place for four days or till it smells bitter.
Store in plastic airtight instrumentality within the icebox till able to use.
