Seafood Lasagna

Ingredients

1 lb lasagna noodles

2 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley, plus more for garnish
1 (16-oz.) container ricotta 
1  egg
2 (8-oz.) packages lump crab meat
1 1/2 c.  shredded mozzarella

Directions
