Sweet and Sour 'Bat' Wings

Ingredients

Cups - Grams

    3/4 cup pineapple juice
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1/4 cup tomato sauce
    2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp hot sauce optional
    1 tsp black food colouring
    3 lb whole chicken wings see note 1
    1/4 cup honey
    2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions


  • mix the fruit crush, sugar, pasta sauce, condiment and black foodstuff in bowl. Add the chicken wings and switch fastidiously to coat.
  • infuse for 6-24 hours.
  • heat up kitchen appliance to 400ºF/200ºC.
  • Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or a slippery baking mat.
  • take away the wings from the electric refrigerator and place them during a single layer on the baking sheets.
  • Bake chicken half-hour.
  • mix the honey and apple acetum.
  • take away the wings from the kitchen appliance and brush generously with the honey mixture.
  • come back to the kitchen appliance for ten minutes.
  • Serve in your spookiest dish
